A clearer process.
A build you
stay part of.

Here is how Nurse to CEO Collective™ moves from an application to a scoped implementation engagement, with clear decisions and an active role for you as the owner.

Know the next step.
Understand your part.

  1. Explore fit before committing.
  2. Review your tier, scope, and terms.
  3. Build with support, then put it to work.

This is the
Collective process.

The Collective is the done-for-you medical staffing offer. Looking for DIY learning instead? Explore The CEO Thought Lab for Female Nurses, accessed through the Society on Skool at launch.

From exploring fit
to building with intention.

The sequence gives the work direction. Your specific scope, milestones, and timing are reviewed for your engagement.

Apply and introduce your goals.

Use the Collective application to share where you are, the business you want to build, and the kind of support you are seeking. Applying is an introduction, not a payment or confirmation of enrollment.

Your part: Provide accurate information and be clear about your goals, available resources, and current stage.

Review the fit, scope, and terms.

Before choosing a paid engagement, review the DFY tier, included deliverables, monthly payment term, responsibilities, and agreement. Clarify what is included and what needs separate professional or operational support.

Your part: Ask questions, review the financial commitment, and make an informed decision before enrolling.

Set the build priorities.

Once the engagement is agreed, onboarding focuses on the business information, decisions, and priorities needed for the work. The implementation scope follows your selected tier.

Your part: Supply the requested business information, identify your priorities, and participate in decisions and approvals.

Build the agency foundation.

Work progresses through the agreed assets and systems. DFY Basic has a basic operations and marketing scope. Essential and Premium include broader implementation, branding and website development, and the coaching support listed for those tiers.

Your part: Review the work, give feedback, make approvals, and address the legal, licensing, insurance, and other business requirements that apply to your agency.

Put the work into practice.

Use the systems and assets as you develop your business. Support follows the tier and agreement you selected. The business still needs an owner who participates in operations, relationships, and decisions.

Your part: Implement the agreed next steps, stay involved in your business, and use the support available in your tier.

This is an overview of the working process, not a fixed delivery schedule. A 36-month payment term does not guarantee a launch date, facility contracts, placements, revenue, or profit.

Done-for-you.
Not done without you.

A working relationship is clearer when both sides understand their part.

The Collective’s role.

Provide the implementation and support defined in your selected tier and agreement.

  • Build the agreed agency assets and systems.
  • Provide the operations and marketing scope in your tier.
  • Provide branding and website development in Essential and Premium.
  • Provide the coaching and implementation support included in your tier.

Your role as the owner.

Stay involved in the decisions and work that make the business yours.

  • Provide accurate information and timely decisions.
  • Review deliverables and participate in approvals.
  • Plan for financial commitments and business operating needs.
  • Manage your business responsibilities and seek professional advice when needed.

Your tier shapes
the implementation scope.

All three tiers are DFY. Each has a 36-month monthly payment term. Monthly payments then stop.

DFY Basic

$2,222 / month

For 36 months

Basic operations systems and SOPs, with a basic marketing and sales scope.

DFY Essential

$4,444 / month

For 36 months

A broader scope with branding, website development, operations systems, marketing assets, and group coaching support.

DFY Premium

$8,888 / month

For 36 months

The Essential foundation plus advanced marketing assets and monthly one-to-one strategy calls.

Review the full agreement, payment obligations, cancellation terms, and any separate business operating costs before enrolling. The Collective is separate from Thought Lab Premium and VIP memberships.

After month 36,
the monthly payments stop.

You can choose whether you wish to continue using the Collective’s resources. Continued access is optional and carries a partnership fee based on the gross profit of each contract.

The fee is based on gross profit, not total contract revenue. Review the agreement’s definition of gross profit and the fee calculation and administration before making a commitment.

DFY Basic

15%

DFY Essential

10%

DFY Premium

10%

Of the gross profit of each contract, if you choose continued use of the Collective’s resources after the 36-month payment term.

A few things
to think through
before you apply.

You do not need to pretend you have every answer. A clear picture of your goals and questions makes the fit conversation more useful.

  • Why medical staffing ownership interests you.
  • Your experience, current stage, and business priorities.
  • The time and attention you can give to decisions and implementation.
  • Your ability to review a 36-month financial commitment and ongoing business costs.
  • The scope, responsibilities, or agreement terms you want clarified.

What to expect.
What not to assume.

Clear expectations are part of choosing the right support.

Read the full FAQ
Does applying mean I am enrolled?

No. The application introduces your goals and current stage. It does not collect payment, confirm acceptance, or enroll you in the Collective. Scope, investment, and terms are reviewed separately.

Is the agency guaranteed to launch within three months?

No. Specific milestones and timing are reviewed for your engagement. Progress depends on your scope, participation, business circumstances, third-party requirements, and any approvals that apply.

Can I step away while the Collective does everything?

No. DFY support does not remove your role as the owner. You still provide information, make decisions, review work, and take responsibility for operating your business.

What support is different between Essential and Premium?

Both include the broader implementation scope, branding and website development, and the listed group coaching and support. Premium also includes advanced marketing assets and monthly one-to-one strategy calls. Review the full scope before choosing a tier.

What happens when the 36-month payments end?

The monthly payments stop. If you choose to continue using the Collective’s resources, the partnership fee is 15% of each contract’s gross profit for Basic or 10% for Essential and Premium.

Do I use this application to join the Thought Lab?

No. This application is for the Collective. The CEO Thought Lab for Female Nurses is the separate DIY program, accessed through The Nurse Ownership Society on Skool at launch.
