You bring the vision.
We help build
the agency.

Nurse to CEO Collective™ is the done-for-you implementation path for medical staffing business ownership. Choose the level of build support that fits your goals, while staying involved as the owner.

Built with support.
Owned with intention.

This is a business-building engagement, not a passive-income promise or a library of lessons to work through alone.

  • Three levels of DFY implementation
  • A 36-month monthly payment term
  • Optional continued resource access afterward

Looking for DIY,
rather than done-for-you?

The CEO Thought Lab for Female Nurses is a separate program, accessed through the Society on Skool at launch. Explore the Premium and VIP memberships.

More than information.
Support for the build.

Your tier determines the scope. Here is how the core implementation and support areas fit together.

Brand and website.

DFY Essential and DFY Premium

Logo and brand identity, a professional website, social media graphics, business card design, and online application forms create a connected presence for your agency.

Operations and systems.

All tiers, with a basic scope in DFY Basic

Operations systems and SOPs support the way your agency works. The broader scope includes recruiting and nurse onboarding workflows, credentialing templates, facility onboarding, placement tracking, and payroll and billing process guidance.

Marketing and sales assets.

Basic scope in DFY Basic, expanded support by tier

Assets include recruitment and facility outreach email templates, social content templates, sales scripts, and proposal templates. DFY Premium adds advanced marketing assets, including email funnels, ad campaign setup, and landing pages.

Coaching and implementation support.

DFY Essential and DFY Premium

Weekly live group coaching, on-demand course modules, real-time troubleshooting, Slack access, and guest-expert trainings support the implementation process. DFY Premium also includes monthly one-to-one strategy calls.

Review the specific deliverables, service boundaries, and responsibilities for your chosen tier before enrollment. Legal, licensing, insurance, tax, and regulatory requirements vary. Professional review and any required approvals remain important parts of starting and operating an agency.

Three ways to build.
One decision to own.

All three tiers are DFY. The difference is the scope of implementation, assets, and ongoing support.

DFY Basic

A focused starting scope for your agency’s operational and marketing foundations.

$2,222 / month

For 36 months. Monthly payments then stop.

  • Basic operations systems and SOPs
  • Basic marketing and sales assets
Apply for DFY Basic

Optional access after month 36

If you choose to continue using the Collective’s resources, the partnership fee is 15% of the gross profit of each contract.

DFY Essential

A broader agency build, with brand, website, systems, and coaching support.

$4,444 / month

For 36 months. Monthly payments then stop.

  • Done-for-you brand identity and website
  • Operations systems and SOPs
  • Marketing and sales assets

  • Guest-expert trainings
Apply for DFY Essential

Optional access after month 36

If you choose to continue using the Collective’s resources, the partnership fee is 10% of the gross profit of each contract.

DFY Premium

The Essential foundation, with advanced marketing assets and personalized strategy support.

$8,888 / month

For 36 months. Monthly payments then stop.

  • Everything in DFY Essential
  • Advanced marketing assets
  • Email funnels, ad campaign setup, and landing pages
  • Monthly one-to-one strategy calls
Apply for DFY Premium

Optional access after month 36

If you choose to continue using the Collective’s resources, the partnership fee is 10% of the gross profit of each contract.

The monthly payments end.
Continued resource access is optional.

After 36 months, the monthly payments stop. If you wish to continue using the Collective’s resources, a contract-based partnership fee applies: 15% of each contract’s gross profit for DFY Basic, or 10% for DFY Essential and DFY Premium.

The percentage is based on gross profit, not total contract revenue. Review how gross profit is defined and how the fee is administered in the agreement before making a commitment.

These are Collective prices, not Thought Lab membership rates. Before enrolling, review the full agreement, payment obligations, cancellation terms, deliverables, and any separate business operating costs. Applying does not collect payment or confirm enrollment.

A build with direction.
An owner who stays involved.

Implementation is a working relationship. Specific milestones and timing are agreed for your business and selected tier.

Explore fit.

Submit your application. Introduce your goals, current stage, and the kind of support you are looking for.

Define the scope.

Review your tier, deliverables, investment, responsibilities, and terms before choosing a paid engagement.

Build the foundation.

Work through the agreed agency assets and systems. You provide business information, make decisions, and review the work.

Put it to work.

Use the systems and support in your tier as you take on the day-to-day work of operating and developing your business.

A 36-month payment term is not a promise of launch timing, contracts, placements, revenue, or profit. Progress depends on your circumstances, participation, market conditions, and applicable requirements.

Done-for-you
does not mean
done without you.

The Collective is for the prospective owner who wants implementation support and understands that running a business still requires decisions, resources, relationships, and work.

  • You want to explore medical staffing business ownership.
  • You are prepared to review a 36-month financial commitment.
  • You can participate in decisions, approvals, and implementation.
  • You understand that clients, placements, and earnings are not guaranteed.
  • You are willing to plan for business operating costs and seek professional advice where needed.

Clarity before
commitment.

Start with these questions, or get in touch about the support you need.

Ask about the Collective
Is DFY Basic a DIY tier?

No. The Collective now has three done-for-you tiers: DFY Basic, DFY Essential, and DFY Premium. The separate DIY program is The CEO Thought Lab for Female Nurses.

Are branding and website development included in every tier?

Branding and website development are included in DFY Essential and DFY Premium. DFY Basic has a basic operations and marketing scope. Review the deliverables for your tier before enrolling.

What happens after 36 months?

The monthly payments stop. If you wish to continue using the Collective’s resources, the optional partnership fee is 15% of the gross profit of each contract for DFY Basic, or 10% for DFY Essential and DFY Premium.

Is the partnership fee based on revenue or profit?

It is based on the gross profit of each contract, not total contract revenue. Review the agreement’s definition of gross profit, fee calculation, and administration before enrolling.

Does submitting an application enroll me?

No. Applying introduces your goals and current stage. It does not collect payment, confirm acceptance, or create an enrollment commitment. Review the scope and terms separately before choosing a paid engagement.

Do you guarantee a launch date, contracts, or earnings?

No. We do not guarantee a particular launch date, facility contracts, placements, revenue, or profit. The implementation scope and milestones are agreed for your engagement, and business outcomes depend on multiple factors.

How is this different from Thought Lab Premium and VIP?

Thought Lab Premium and VIP are DIY memberships. You lead your own implementation, with the resources and support in your membership. The Collective is a separate DFY medical staffing offer with its own tiers, pricing, and application.
