Do I need a business idea before I join?
No. You can join the free Nurse Ownership Society while you are still exploring. Bring your questions, your experience, or an idea you have not quite shaped yet.
Is the Nurse Ownership Society free?
Yes. The Nurse Ownership Society has a free community option on Skool. Paid access to The CEO Thought Lab for Female Nurses is separate from free community membership. Explore the free community.
How are the Society, Thought Lab, and Collective different?
The Nurse Ownership Society is the Skool community. The CEO Thought Lab for Female Nurses is the DIY business education program, with Premium and VIP memberships. Nurse to CEO Collective™ is a separate done-for-you implementation path focused on medical staffing businesses.
Do I have to leave my nursing job to get started?
No. Exploring ownership does not require an immediate career change. Consider your time, responsibilities, finances, and risk tolerance before making employment or investment decisions.

What is The CEO Thought Lab for Female Nurses?
It is the DIY path for learning how a business works and putting that learning into action. Premium and VIP provide structured planning, resources, and accountability. You remain responsible for making decisions and implementing your business.
When does it launch, and where will I access it?
The CEO Thought Lab for Female Nurses launches after the summit. At launch, access will be through The Nurse Ownership Society on Skool. Join the community for launch updates.
What is included in Premium?
Premium includes a 30-day Ownership Plan, a dynamic roadmap for your chosen business model, interactive playbooks for increasing revenue, a progress dashboard, milestone tracking, business-model resources, templates and tools, a library of prerecorded trainings, and member accountability. Build With Us Session replays are included. Nurses Nexus and personalized business audits are optional purchases.
What does VIP add?
VIP includes the Premium foundation, with a 90-day Ownership Plan instead of the 30-day plan. It adds Nurses Nexus, one personalized business audit per quarter, offer and messaging feedback, priority Decision Room submissions, custom milestone adjustments, guest-expert Q&A and hot-seat opportunities, and live Build With Us Sessions plus replays.
Does VIP mean someone builds the business for me?
No. Premium and VIP are both DIY memberships. VIP adds personalized feedback and live participation, not done-for-you implementation. If you want to explore the medical staffing implementation path, learn about applying to the Collective.
Founding membership and pricing.

Are there 25 founding places total or 25 in each tier?
There are 25 founding Premium places and 25 founding VIP places, for 50 founding places in total. The allocation is separate for each tier.
What are the founding Premium and VIP rates?
Founding Premium is $97 per month for your first 12 months, then $197 per month. Founding VIP is $397 per month for your first 12 months, then $547 per month. Compare the memberships before choosing your level of support.
Does asking about a founding membership reserve a place?
No. The inquiry buttons on the pricing page open an email inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not collect payment, complete enrollment, or reserve a founding place. Review the enrollment details before making a paid commitment.
Is Nurses Nexus included, or is it an additional purchase?
For Premium, Nurses Nexus is optional at $25 per session. This is a per-session charge, not an additional monthly membership fee. Nurses Nexus is included in VIP.
Can Premium members purchase a personalized business audit?
Yes. Premium members can purchase a personalized business audit for $125 each. VIP includes one personalized business audit per quarter.
Where can I confirm cancellation, refunds, and enrollment terms?
Review the terms presented before you enroll and the Terms of Service. If a billing or enrollment detail is unclear, contact us before making a paid commitment. This FAQ does not add or replace those terms.

What are the four main community spaces?
Who Are You? is for introducing yourself and the ownership journey you are on. CEO Monday asks, “What is the ONE business outcome you are completing this week?” The Decision Room is for business decisions you are stuck on. Build With Us Session is the implementation space, with replay access for Premium and live access plus replay for VIP.
What is Nurses Nexus?
Nurses Nexus brings together monthly networking, coworking, and guest experts. Premium members can attend for $25 per session. It is included in VIP, and VIP members also receive guest-expert Q&A and hot-seat opportunities.
Can Premium members attend Build With Us Sessions live?
Premium includes the replays. VIP includes the live sessions plus the replays. This is separate from Nurses Nexus, which is an optional $25-per-session purchase for Premium and included in VIP.
What if I am stuck on a business decision?
Use the Decision Room to submit the business decision you are working through. VIP includes priority Decision Room submissions. For account or access issues, use the Contact page rather than posting private account details in the community.

Who is the Collective application for?
The application is for Nurse to CEO Collective™, the separate done-for-you medical staffing implementation path. It is not the enrollment form for Thought Lab Premium or VIP. Start the Collective application if that is the support you want to explore.
Does submitting an application mean I am enrolled?
No. The application helps introduce your goals and current stage. Scope, investment, timelines, eligibility, and next steps are discussed separately. Submitting an application is not a confirmation of enrollment.
Are business or income results guaranteed?
No. Education and implementation support do not guarantee business results or income. Review the Earnings Disclaimer and seek individualized legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice when needed.
How do I get help with a membership or access question?
Use the Contact page or email hello@nursetoceo.com. Include the email address you use for Skool and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or patient information.
