Hi! I’m Nykki.
I’m not a nurse.
But the reason I do this
is deeply personal.
I never wore scrubs or worked a 12-hour shift. My story began on the other side of care, first as a patient fighting for my own life, then as a mother beside a child living with chronic illness.
Those experiences changed how I saw nurses. My business background shaped what I wanted to help them build.
My perspective began
on the other side
of care.
I’ve spent more time inside hospital walls than I ever expected. First, as a patient fighting for my own life. Then, as a mother watching my child navigate chronic illness through countless inpatient stays.
In those rooms, I watched you.
I watched nurses show up exhausted and still give so much of themselves. I saw the judgment, resourcefulness, and responsibility that nursing demands.
I studied the work. I interviewed nurses. And I kept coming back to a question about the value of that expertise beyond the shift.
“What would your life look like if your expertise built your wealth instead of someone else’s?”
That question became my mission.

I bring 18 years of experience as a Business Development Strategist, specializing in business development and profit growth.
I built my methodology with one purpose: helping female nurses turn their expertise into a foundation for business ownership.
I’m not here to leave you with more theory. I’m here to help you think through what ownership could look like, make informed business decisions, and put your next step into motion.
